Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing

Any prices, ranges, or timelines shown on the Site or given during an initial conversation are general estimates for planning only. They are not offers, guarantees, or binding quotes. Every project is priced after we see the property and understand the scope. Any work we perform for you will be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that describes the scope, price, schedule, and terms for that project. If anything in that written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for that project.
